Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 7–10 years of professional construction experience in the DACH region (Germany, Austria or Switzerland), combined with a minimum of 15+ years of total senior construction experience. Extensive experience in MEP engineering and project management. Proven track record delivering MEP systems on high-rise, five-star hospitality, luxury hotel or major mixed-use projects.
