<p>الوصف الوظيفي المسمى الوظيفي: تنفيذي مبيعات B2B – Sales Executive</p><p><strong>الإدارة:</strong> المبيعات<br><strong>مكان العمل:</strong> الرياض – المملكة العربية السعودية<br><strong>نوع العمل:</strong> دوام كامل<br><strong>الارتباط الإداري:</strong> مدير المبيعات</p><p>الهدف من الوظيفة</p><p>المساهمة في نمو إيرادات الشركة من خلال استقطاب عملاء جدد، وتطوير العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين، وفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم الحلول المناسبة من منتجات وخدمات الشركة، بما يشمل العربات الكهربائية، حلول النقل الداخلي، تأجير الأساطيل، الصيانة وقطع الغيار، حلول الطاقة والشحن، وحلول النقل المخصصة للقطاعات المختلفة.</p><p>المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية</p><ul><li>البحث عن العملاء المحتملين وتحديد فرص البيع الجديدة في السوق السعودي.</li><li>بناء وتطوير علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء والشركات والجهات الحكومية والخاصة.</li><li>استهداف قطاعات مثل الفنادق والمنتجعات، الجامعات، المطارات، شركات إدارة المرافق، المشاريع الترفيهية، ملاعب الجولف، المشاريع السكنية والتجارية وغيرها.</li><li>فهم احتياج العميل وتحليل متطلباته التشغيلية لتقديم الحل المناسب.</li><li>تقديم وشرح منتجات وخدمات الشركة بطريقة احترافية ومقنعة.</li><li>إعداد عروض الأسعار والمقترحات التجارية ومتابعتها حتى إتمام عملية البيع.</li><li>إجراء الزيارات والاجتماعات الميدانية مع العملاء المحتملين والحاليين.</li><li>متابعة العملاء المحتملين من مرحلة الاستفسار وحتى إغلاق الصفقة.</li><li>إدارة ومتابعة فرص البيع باستخدام CRM أو أدوات إدارة المبيعات المعتمدة.</li><li>تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.</li><li>تطوير قاعدة بيانات للعملاء والفرص التجارية وتحديثها بشكل مستمر.</li><li>متابعة المناقصات والمشاريع والفرص التجارية ذات العلاقة بمجال الشركة.</li><li>التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية، مثل العمليات والصيانة والمالية، لضمان تقديم الحل المناسب للعميل.</li><li>متابعة ما بعد البيع والمحافظة على رضا العملاء وفتح فرص بيع إضافية.</li><li>اقتراح فرص <strong>Upselling &amp; Cross-selling</strong> للخدمات والمنتجات المرتبطة.</li><li>متابعة المنافسين والأسعار واتجاهات السوق ورفع الملاحظات والتوصيات للإدارة.</li><li>إعداد تقارير دورية عن المبيعات، العملاء المحتملين، الفرص، ونسب الإغلاق.</li><li>تمثيل الشركة بصورة احترافية أمام العملاء والشركاء والجهات المختلفة.</li></ul><p>نطاق المنتجات والحلول</p><p>يتوقع من شاغل الوظيفة القدرة على بيع وتقديم حلول الشركة، ومنها:</p><ul><li>عربات الجولف والعربات الكهربائية.</li><li>عربات الخدمة والمركبات متعددة الاستخدامات.</li><li>عربات النقل الداخلي.</li><li>تأجير وإدارة الأساطيل.</li><li>حلول مواقف السيارات والنقل الداخلي.</li><li>الصيانة وقطع الغيار.</li><li>البطاريات ومحطات الشحن وحلول الطاقة.</li><li>حلول النقل الذكي وإدارة الأساطيل.</li><li>تصنيع وتخصيص العربات حسب احتياج العميل.</li><li>الحلول والاستشارات الخاصة بالنقل الداخلي.</li></ul><p>وتقدم الشركة هذه الحلول لقطاعات متعددة، من بينها الفنادق والمنتجعات، المطارات، الجامعات والحرم الجامعي، ملاعب الجولف، إدارة المرافق، النقل العام، المشاريع الترفيهية، الأمن والدفاع وغيرها.</p><p>المؤهلات المطلوبة</p><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، المبيعات، أو تخصص ذي صلة.</li><li>خبرة من <strong>2 إلى 5 سنوات</strong> في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل في مبيعات B2B أو مبيعات الحلول.</li><li>يفضل وجود خبرة في مبيعات المركبات، المعدات، حلول النقل، التأجير، الخدمات التشغيلية أو القطاعات المشابهة.</li><li>خبرة في التعامل مع الشركات والجهات الحكومية والمشاريع والمناقصات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.</li><li>رخصة قيادة سارية.</li><li>إجادة اللغة العربية، مع مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية.</li></ul><p>المهارات المطلوبة</p><ul><li>مهارات عالية في التواصل وبناء العلاقات.</li><li>مهارة التفاوض والإقناع وإغلاق الصفقات.</li><li>القدرة على تحديد احتياج العميل وتحويله إلى فرصة بيع.</li><li>مهارات العرض والتقديم.</li><li>القدرة على إجراء المبيعات الميدانية والزيارات للعملاء.</li><li>القدرة على العمل وفق أهداف ومؤشرات أداء واضحة.</li><li>إدارة الوقت وتنظيم ومتابعة الفرص البيعية.</li><li>القدرة على استخدام CRM وبرامج Microsoft Office.</li><li>شخصية مبادرة ولديها دافع قوي لتحقيق النتائج.</li><li>القدرة على التعامل مع العملاء من مختلف المستويات الإدارية.</li></ul><p>مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية KPI</p><ul><li>تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.</li><li>عدد العملاء المحتملين الجدد.</li><li>قيمة ونسبة تحويل الفرص إلى مبيعات.</li><li>عدد الاجتماعات والزيارات البيعية.</li><li>قيمة الـ Sales Pipeline.</li><li>معدل إغلاق الصفقات.</li><li>نسبة الاحتفاظ بالعملاء وتكرار المبيعات.</li><li>تحقيق أهداف الـ Upselling &amp; Cross-selling.</li><li>هامش الربح المحقق من المبيعات.</li></ul><p>ما نبحث عنه</p><p>نبحث عن شخص <strong>طموح، مبادر، اجتماعي، ونتائجي</strong>، لديه القدرة على تحويل احتياجات العملاء إلى فرص تجارية حقيقية، ولا يكتفي بعرض المنتج، بل يستطيع تقديم <strong>حل متكامل</strong> يناسب طبيعة نشاط العميل واحتياجاته التشغيلية.</p><p><strong>المرشح المثالي</strong> لديه عقلية استشارية في البيع، ويستطيع بناء شبكة علاقات قوية مع صناع القرار، ويمتلك الحماس لتطوير السوق وفتح حسابات جديدة وتحقيق نمو مستمر في المبيعات.</p>
