It's a genuinely different way to teach, and it only works if someone with real classroom authority is shaping what gets taught and how it lands.</strong></span></p><br><p><span><strong>That's this role. We're looking for a </strong><strong>Head Teacher for the National track Math &amp;amp; Phys</strong><strong> — someone with a decade or more of actual teaching behind them, who has coached other teachers, and who wants their judgement to reach thousands of students a day instead of thirty.</strong></span></p><br><p><span><strong>This is an academic role, not a management one. You won't run a department's admin or manage headcount.
