Our partner is looking for a Technical Project Manager (CCTV & Networking) based in Saudi Arabia.<br><br>As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of CCTV and physical security technology projects from initial design and estimation through deployment and ongoing support. Manage CCTV and physical security projects end to end, from initial planning and design through deployment, completion, and support. Establish project timelines, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and keep clients and stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Apply networking expertise to support reliable system deployments, including IP addressing, subnets, switches, routers, PoE, port forwarding, bandwidth, and storage considerations. Configure and troubleshoot network-connected CCTV infrastructure, including NVR and DVR systems. Prepare accurate project quotes, scopes of work, hardware bills of materials (BOMs), and cost estimates using relevant quoting and estimating tools. Select appropriate cameras, networking equipment, recording hardware, and other system components based on project requirements. Collaborate with field technicians and vendor partners to coordinate installation activities and resolve technical or operational issues. Communicate professionally with clients and project stakeholders through phone, video, and written channels, providing clear technical updates and support. Maintain accurate project documentation and use project management systems to track tasks, deadlines, resources, and deliverables.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of CCTV, physical security, or related technology deployment projects. Strong practical knowledge of network architecture and troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN environments, IP routing, subnets, PoE switching, port forwarding, bandwidth, and storage calculations. Demonstrated ability to design CCTV layouts and determine suitable camera types, placements, configurations, and supporting hardware. Experience with NVR/DVR systems and the integration of CCTV infrastructure with IP networks. Hands-on experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Click Up, Jira, or Monday.com. Familiarity with digital quoting, estimating, and bill-of-materials tools. Experience using Dialpad or comparable VoIP and communication platforms for client and team interactions. Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities independently. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical and project-related issues. Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment. <p>To provide a quality service to customers in respect to Check-In, Boarding, Special Services, Baggage Services, Ticket Desk and Emirates Lounge as per the criteria set forth by the Company s commercial, safety and security policies, standards and procedures. Job Purpose<p>To provide a quality service to customers in respect to Check-In, Boarding, Special Services, Baggage Services, Ticket Desk and Emirates Lounge as per the criteria set forth by the Company’s commercial, safety and security policies, standards and procedures. Ensure all operational criteria are completed within specified time frames as per applicable procedures.</p><br><br><ul><li>•Identify and meet Emirates standard and special service requirements of the customers across key airport services touchpoints (including Lounge, Check-in, Arrivals, Boarding, and Ramp Operations) by adhering to the set service standards and procedures so that the customers are handled in a friendly and efficient manner.<p>•Adhere to the internal operating boarding procedures by ensuring that laid down boarding priorities, announcements, hand baggage removal, regular staff briefing and stationary/equipment availability before the flight. Post the flight, ensure flight coupon reconciliation and head count confirmation is in order to assist the smooth process of a safe and on time departure of EK flights to achieve EK standards and customer satisfaction.</p><br><br><p>•Ensure Premium passengers are always provided with the highest level of customer service. Re-issue and re-calculate fares for customers changing itinerary and make any additional collection as required. Carry out Credit Card verification.
