The Project Manager is responsible for delivering and leading the assigned project. This includes review of handover documentation from Tender Team, Project Kick-off, planning, executing, controlling, monitoring and closing out the project, while managing risks, opportunities, commercial management, timelines, resources and the entire scope of the project.<br>• Critique tender documentation / Pre-Construction project handover documentation, identify project risks and opportunities with Project Leads• Manages the expectations of project leadership and stakeholders throughout the project.• Ensures all departments are complying with all standard SOP’s• Responsible for managing the execution of all project milestones/deliverables.
