<p >The Structures Technician plays a vital role in supporting Sub-Activity Management and Asset Visibility Services. This position provides system-level expertise and field support for critical functions including facility condition assessments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and developing sustainment requirements. The role directly contributes to the BIAT function, supporting SMS BUILDER data quality, achieving assessment completeness and currency targets, and aiding in the development of maintenance strategies.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li >Support Sub-AMP-level asset visibility and requirements development for structural-related portfolios.</li>
<li >Conduct and document condition assessments in accordance with SMS BUILDER standards and the 9-point rating method.</li>
<li >Assist with inventory creation, updates, and the correction of discrepancies, including for facilities lacking RPUIDs.</li>
<li >Execute data quality tasks, such as supporting QA-15A/QA-15B discrepancy resolution workflows.</li>
