Oversee SAP S/4HANA transformation and the support of existing ERP platforms. Partner with business functions to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Manage application integration, enhancements, upgrades, data migration, and support. Lead vendors, system integrators, contracts, licensing, SLAs, and application budgets. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, governance, audit, and access-control requirements. Drive application performance, service improvement, cost optimization, and business value. Lead and develop the Enterprise Solutions team.<br>Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP, or digital transformation, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, integration, and support. Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, MRO, HR, or project-management processes. Proven experience managing complex transformation programs, vendors, contracts, and SLAs. Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, or manufacturing is preferred. SAP, PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or COBIT certification is an advantage.
