The role provides respiratory care services, supports emergency and critical care interventions, and promotes optimal patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with clinical standards, patient safety requirements, and hospital policies.<br>Key Responsibilities Assess patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions and develop appropriate respiratory care plans Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, airway management, and mechanical ventilation support Monitor patient response to treatment and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize care Perform pulmonary function testing and maintain respiratory therapy equipment to ensure safe and effective operation<br>Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related healthcare field Valid SCFHS professional classification and registration0-3 years of experience in respiratory therapy or a related healthcare setting Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred
