Role Purpose :The ERP Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, implementation, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) system to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency. Issue delivery notes, arrange delivery of materials and obtain customer receipts and acceptance in coordination with the logistics, accounts, and warehouse function Techno-Commercial Knowledge Provide detailed technical consultations to clients for services such as power system retrofitting, protection system engineering, and switchgear modernization. Lead the design and execution of proposals for complex projects involving power distribution panels, motor control centers, and LV/MV equipment testing. Conduct site inspections to evaluate customer systems, including transformer diagnostics (TTR, winding resistance, and oil sample tests). Drive sales by presenting technical insights into advanced services, such as secondary current injection testing, HiPot services, and parameter settings for protection relays.
