<p>Supporting the preparation of the quality section of the offer, including, the Project Quality Plan and the applicable standard inspection and test programs and any other quality related document and providing feedback on the quality section of client specification and provide deviations, required from the customer to tendering.</p>

<p>Developing, implementing, and following up the quality management system (QMS) for the project in the form of the project quality plan (PQP). The PQP shall be based on HVDCs IMS in addition to specific project specific procedures. Deviations to IMS processes and documents are to be discussed and risks registered within the project deviation database.</p>

<p>Driving quality culture, quality assurance, quality control and compliance with local codes & standards, law & regulations on the Project and developing and implementing a project quality audit schedule as per customer requirements and the internal requirements of the Business and the quality management system.</p>

<p>Communicate the inspection and test program (ITP) to the client in a timely manner, in line with project schedule deliverables.</p>

<p>A little taste of your day-to-day:</p><br><p>Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:</p><br><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><br><p>· Act as the trusted support to the General Manager, managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence while ensuring effective communication across all hotel departments.</p><br><p>· Serve as a liaison between the General Manager, hotel staff, guests, and external stakeholders.</p><br><p>· Support the General Manager on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.</p><br><p>· Coordinate meetings as required, including organizing and attending the weeklies meetings.</p><br><p>· Draft responses to guest questionnaires, concerns, complaints, and other correspondence for the General Manager’s approval.</p><br><p>· Translate communications and assist in representing the General Manager when required</p><br><p>· Prepare complimentary forms, upgrade requests, and gift vouchers as needed.</p><br><p>· Understand the responsibilities of all hotel departments and collaborate closely with them.</p><br><p>· Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.</p><br><p>· Demonstrate a professional attitude and behavior at all times.</p><br><p>· Establish and maintain various filing / records / database of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate</p><br><p>· Attend executive meetings to record accurate minutes and track follow-up action items.</p><br><p>· Coordinate logistics for Senior Executive meetings, conferences, and corporate events.</p><br><p>· Screen and redirect incoming phone calls and emails, prioritizing urgent matters.</p><br><p>- Draft, proofread, and format official correspondence, memos, and professional reports.</p><br><p>· Maintain highly organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy information retrieval.</p><br><p>Requirements:</p><br><ul><li><p>Saudi National</p><br></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field is typically preferred.</p><br></li><li><p>Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, or similar role (hospitality experience preferred)</p><br></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and time management skills</p><br></li><li><p>High level of professionalism and attention to detail</p><br></li><li><p>Strong English and Arabic proficiency required (translation/interpretation ability preferred)</p><br></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</p><br></li><li><p>Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus</p><br></li><li><p>Superior time-management and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><br></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage confidential data and maintain integrity.</p><br></li></ul>What you can expect from us:<br> <br>We give our people everything they need to succeed.
