Find out more.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><h2>Qualifications</h2><p>Education</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.</li></ul><h2>Experience</h2><ul><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, or project reporting.</li><li>Experience in infrastructure, transport, rail, metro, operations and maintenance, PMC, consultancy, contractor, or PMO environments.</li><li>Experience working with contractors, O&amp;M Contractors, consultants, and client-side stakeholders.</li><li>Proven experience in schedule control, schedule performance analysis, progress monitoring, deviation reporting, dashboards, and monthly reporting.</li></ul><h2>Technical Skills</h2><ul><li>Primavera P6 (Expert Level).</li><li>Schedule development and baseline management.</li><li>Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.</li><li>Progress monitoring and forecasting.</li><li>Schedule deviation analysis and recovery planning.</li><li>Monthly reporting, executive reporting, and presentation preparation.</li><li>Dashboard development and KPI reporting.</li><li>Earned Value Management (EVM).</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Knowledge of project controls systems, KPIs, and reporting tools.</li><li>Knowledge of reporting automation, data visualization, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Competencies</h2><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent report-writing and presentation abilities.</li><li>Ability to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.</li><li>Strong understanding of operations and maintenance environments, preferably within infrastructure, transport, rail, or metro projects.</li><li>Contractual awareness and understanding of milestone-based performance monitoring.</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline, automate, and enhance reporting processes through digital and AI-enabled solutions.</li><li>High attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.</li></ul>
