Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and promote sustainable practices and energy-saving measures within the facilities. Team Leadership: Supervise and train facility staff, ensuring high performance and professional development. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring staff are trained and prepared for emergencies. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in facility management or a related field. Strong knowledge of facility management practices and building systems. Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in facility management software and MS Office Suite.
