Summary:We are looking for a BMS Engineer to join our team and support the execution, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover of Building Management System works. The candidate should have practical site experience, strong technical understanding of BMS field devices and controllers, HVAC systems and the ability to coordinate effectively with project stakeholders. <br>Job Overview: Position: BMS Engineer Work Location: Projects Employment Focus: Site supervision, testing, commissioning, configurations, troubleshooting, documentation, and handover support Preferred Scope: BMS installations, DDC panels, field devices, HVAC controls, BMS communication networks, integrations, programming, graphics, alarms, and system operation<br>Key Responsibilities: Supervise BMS installation activities at site, including 1st, 2nd & 3rd fix works. Review site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and quality requirements. Perform testing and commissioning activities, including point-to-point testing, loop checking, functional testing, sequence verification, alarm testing, and system readiness checks. Support controller configuration, programming modifications, graphics configuration, alarm configurations, and testing-related software changes required for commissioning and handover. Troubleshoot issues related to BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, communication networks, graphics, alarms, trends, and system operation. Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives to close site issues and complete commissioning activities. Prepare and maintain testing records, commissioning reports, punch lists, inspection requests, redline markups, and handover documentation. Support client inspections, demonstrations, training sessions, and final system acceptance. Ensure that all site activities are performed safely and in accordance with project requirements, permits, and applicable procedures.<br>Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Controls, or a related engineering field. Hands-on experience in BMS installation, testing, commissioning, and site supervision. Good understanding of HVAC control systems, DDC controllers, field devices, control wiring, networking, and BMS graphics. Ability to read and understand wiring drawings, shop drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, IO lists, and sequence of operation documents. Experience with major BMS platforms and Tridium is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, coordination, reporting, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently at site and follow up with multiple stakeholders until issues are closed. Some degree of experience with BMS design (IO lists, BOMs, Schematic Flow Drawings, Network Risers, Shop Drawings etc.)<br>Extra Value for:Experience with DEOS is significant added value Experience with Niagara Experience with SCADA systems Experience with other LC systems, such as Access Control, Fire Alarm, Lighting Control etc. Experience with MCCs and MCC design Any additional trainings and certifications related to the field Previous experience in Saudi Aramco, healthcare, commercial, or industrial projects is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities Act as the designated Work Permit Receiver (WPR) for Saudi energy projects. Request, receive, verify, and manage work permits for high-risk electrical and civil activities. Ensure strict compliance with SE work permit procedures, isolation requirements, and safety regulations. Coordinate with SE operations, construction teams, and contractors to facilitate safe work execution. Verify that all pre-work safety requirements, risk assessments, and hazard controls are implemented before work begins. Monitor ongoing work to ensure adherence to permit conditions and approved safety procedures. Participate in site inspections, toolbox talks, and incident prevention initiatives. Maintain accurate permit documentation, records, and compliance reports. Support project teams in achieving safety, quality, and operational objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance.<br>Qualifications Valid Saudi Energy (SE) Work Permit Receiver (WPR) – C2 Certificate (mandatory). Experience working on Saudi energy Sector projects involving high-risk electrical and construction activities. Strong understanding of electrical safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), safe isolation procedures, and hazard identification. Familiarity with Saudi Energy safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and contractor compliance requirements. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
