Job Purpose Responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization's enterprise network and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. The role ensures high availability, performance, security, and business continuity of network and cloud services while supporting day-to-day operations, infrastructure projects.<br>Job Accountabilities Manage enterprise network infrastructure. Administer and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and networking. Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, internet connectivity, SIP trunks, and PBX systems. Monitor network and cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity using centralized monitoring tools. Maintain network diagrams, IP addressing, technical documentation, and infrastructure inventory. Design, implement, and support network infrastructure for new offices. Ensure every site has appropriate primary and backup internet connectivity. Coordinate with service providers and vendors for technical implementation and issue resolution. Participate in infrastructure projects, technical evaluations, implementation, UAT, Go-Live, and operational handover. Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) planning and testing. Ensure compliance with approved IT policies, standards, and cybersecurity requirements. Prepare monthly reports covering network health, utilization, incidents, risks, and improvement recommendations. Provide second- and third-level infrastructure support for critical incidents. Participate in on-call support during major events and critical operational periods.<br>Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in enterprise network and infrastructure administration. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Certifications: CCNA (must) CCNP Enterprise (Preferred). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Main Roles and Responsibilities:Implement and maintain the Low current systems (CCTV, Access control system, Fire Alarm, Public address system, intrusion alarm system , AV solutions, etc.) in addition to the network components. Conduct the site surveys of the low current systems and provide a full result (Passive & Active) for the low current systems and the network solutions also conducting the required designs (Visio & CAD). Conduct the POCs of the low current systems. Involve in the tender stage and prepare the compliance documents and the technical submittals. Diagnose Systems Failures, Breakdown Problems, and Plan Professional Solutions. Ability to recommend development plans for Low Current systems in order to meet the required level of efficiency. Prepare and submit all work reports, weekly reports, work orders, and related documents. Handle and lead a team of supervisors and technicians.<br>Technical Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a must.2-3 years of working experience in physical security / ELV. Milestone certification MCIE MCIT is a plus. Experience in Bosch access control and/or Axis camera station and/or Bosch public address. Ability to implement the low current systems. Ability to conduct the low current systems site surveys & POCs. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and rectify them orderly and efficiently. Ability to learn & search about the new systems and technologies. Excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills. Good Knowledge in Design Patterns.
