font-weight:700; margin:16px 0 8px;">Qualifications and Experience</h3> <ul style="margin:0 0 12px; padding-inline-start:24px; list-style-type:disc; list-style-position:outside;"> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering, or a related subject from an accredited university, with <strong style="font-weight:700;">10 years of progressive construction or electrical engineering experience</strong>.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Alternatively, in lieu of a degree, <strong style="font-weight:700;">15 years of relevant experience in the MENA region</strong> with a sound understanding of cultural norms and requirements.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Previous supervisory experience within the electrical discipline.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering, design, construction, and field activities.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Broad knowledge of Construction Standard Work Process Procedures and current industry standards.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Suite software programs, with experience in 3D and 4D modeling software.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Working knowledge of the Set Route application.</li> </ul> <h3 style="font-size:18px;
