About the Role:<br>We are seeking a Cyber Risk Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity risk management, conducting risk assessments, identifying and mitigating cyber risks, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements. The candidate should be passionate about strengthening organizations' cybersecurity posture through effective governance and risk management practices.<br>Key Responsibilities:Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and maintain the cyber risk register. Identify, assess, evaluate, and monitor cybersecurity risks. Develop and track risk treatment and mitigation plans. Review and assess cybersecurity controls against regulatory and industry standards. Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity governance, policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements, including NCA ECC and ISO 27001. Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and assessments. Prepare reports, risk dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen cybersecurity risk management practices.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC with a strong focus on Risk Management. Hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk assessments, risk register management, and risk treatment. Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NCA ECC, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Relevant certifications such as CRISC, ISO 27001, Security+, GRCP, or equivalent are considered a plus.

<p>The jobs in this level are responsible for managing the security activities and measures throughout different areas across Dallah and by monitoring changes to existing policies and procedures with concerned personnel in order to ensure that security risks are minimised and operational efficiency is maximised.</p><p>Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Security department plans to ensure alignment with Dallah s overall objectives and business plans. Participates in the development of Security department policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements. Manages the day-to-day operations of Security department by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. Prepares the Security unit budget and ensures that the activities within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget. Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate s performance. Oversees the patrols and investigations conducted to ensure alignment with the set plans for the effective safe-guard of Dallah. Assigns different resources for analysis of potential security liabilities/opportunities as requested to ensure sound business recommendations are delivered. Manages complex security measures and analysis to provide the best service to the business. Undertakes checks on the work completed by team members, ensuring outputs are of an acceptable standard and look for ways to continuously improve the effectiveness of work.
