This role is fundamental to meeting customer expectations and ensuring operational satisfaction, while also providing crucial support and training to other technical staff. We are seeking candidates with <strong>0-1 years of experience</strong> in the field.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Ensuring the availability and accuracy of medical equipment and surgical instruments inventory.</li><li>Performing repairs, testing, and calibrations on diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment, and maintaining associated records according to pre-designed plans.</li><li>Planning all related activities, including inspection, testing, and maintenance, prior to the start of each year.</li><li>Providing preventive maintenance to medical equipment in a safe, self-directed, and timely manner, adhering to manufacturer's instructions.</li><li>Monitoring radiation safety (including laser) and applying relevant policies and necessary measures.</li><li>Submitting monthly indicator reports to the biomedical engineering manager.</li><li>Acting as a preceptor to physicians, nurses, and technical staff regarding medical equipment operation, including technical support during surgeries and medical procedures.</li><li>Participating actively in the facility's designed education program.</li><li>Solving problems utilizing analytical processes, potentially involving multiple internal and external resources.</li><li>Preparing documentation and maintaining records pertaining to all repairs, replaced parts, calibrations, and modifications of medical equipment.</li><li>Gathering and providing first response information on medical equipment-related issues involved in patient occurrence reports.</li><li>Identifying aging and obsolete patient care equipment for higher management.</li><li>Providing supporting documentation for the assessment, justification, and selection of new equipment.</li><li>Interacting with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Complying with the medical equipment management plan and policies.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></h3><p>Candidates for this Biomedical Engineer position must possess <strong>5 years of relevant experience</strong>.
