Schedule all daily fuel transportation activities based on operational system requirements. Prioritize the use of Darb's fleet and engage third-party carriers only when internal vehicles are unavailable, under maintenance, or when servicing remote locations. Monitor each vehicle in real time and document loading, departure, arrival, and delivery times. Evaluate the feasibility of new station locations, submit recommendations to senior management, strengthen security coverage for fuel transportation, and conduct strategic field visits. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements issued by transportation authorities, traffic authorities, Saudi Aramco, and Civil Defense. Oversee preventive maintenance programs and comprehensive technical inspections for trucks and fuel tankers. Develop, qualify, and manage transportation service providers and logistics vendors.
