Role Summary Responsible for managing and coordinating all technical office activities related to mechanical wet utility networks, including potable water, wastewater, irrigation, firefighting, district cooling, pumping stations, and lift stations. The role ensures that designs are technically accurate, constructible, compliant with project requirements, and properly coordinated with civil, structural, electrical, road, and BIM disciplines. Key Responsibilities Review IFC drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents for mechanical wet utility systems. Review hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, pressure requirements, network profiles, invert levels, and equipment capacities. Lead the preparation and review of shop drawings, coordination drawings, and As-Built drawings. Conduct constructability reviews and identify design conflicts before site execution. Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, road, and BIM teams to resolve underground utility clashes. Review and coordinate mechanical requirements for pumping stations, lift stations, valves, chambers, pipelines, and associated equipment.
