Coordinate with Finance and Accounts regarding supplier invoices, payment documentation, and related matters. Maintain updated procurement logs, material tracking sheets, supplier databases, quotations, Purchase Orders, and other procurement records. Assist in supplier evaluation and development of new suppliers and subcontractors. Pre-Inspection Planning & Preparation<br>Monitor daily schedules and email communications for newly assigned inspection activities Conduct a thorough review of all project documentation, including approved drawings, bar bending schedules, method statements, and inspection stages Prepare Inspection Notification Reports (INR) with complete client, project, and inspection scope details prior to site visits Coordinate with clients at least 24 hours in advance to confirm inspection timing and request required documentation Verify the availability and validity of approved construction drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications<br>2.
