<p>PURPOSE:</p><p>· The Senior Engineer – Fit-Out (Operations) is responsible for overseeing and managing fit-out project execution from an operational and administrative perspective. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. The position also supports process optimization, documentation control, reporting, and coordination between site teams, procurement, and management.</p><p> </p><p><u>RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></p><p>· Lead and coordinate all fit-out project operations, ensuring execution meets design, timeline, budget, and quality requirements.</p><p>· Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and submittals; ensure technical accuracy and constructability.</p><p>· Monitor project progress and resolve site/operational issues proactively to avoid delays.</p><p>· Coordinate closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.</p><p>· Prepare, manage, and control all project documentation (reports, schedules, logs, correspondences, approvals).</p><p>· Track progress and provide clear, timely weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to management.</p><p>· Record and follow up on variations, claims, RFIs, and change orders.</p><p>· Maintain organized document control and ensure compliance with company standards.</p><p>· Act as a key communication link between operations, design, procurement, finance, and clients.</p><p>· Lead coordination meetings, issue MoMs, and ensure closure of action items.</p><p>· Support smooth approvals for materials, drawings, and authorities’ requirements.</p><p>· Ensure all works meet quality standards, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements.</p><p>· Oversee inspections, snagging, and project handover processes.</p><p>· Enforce HSE policies and ensure safe execution of works.</p><p>· Support cost control by tracking budgets, reviewing costs, and highlighting risks.</p><p>· Identify opportunities for value engineering and operational efficiency.</p><p>· Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks; implement corrective and preventive actions.</p><p>· Improve workflows, reporting systems, and administrative processes within the department.</p><p>· </p><p>· Guide and support junior engineers and admin staff; ensure alignment with company procedures.</p><p>· Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team<b>.</b></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

<p>Work with subcontractors, staff engineers and designers to perform engineering calculations and create a design package. Coordinate design issues with clients and vendors. Provide engineering assistance during testing and commissioning. May also have to perform power system load flow studies, fault studies, and transient studies. (Experience with transient simulation programs is a plus.)
