<p>The Senior Manager – Fire & Rescue Awareness is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of all training and development services across Red Sea Fire & Rescue Services (RSFRS). The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing training strategies aligned with the operational risk profile of Red Sea Global, while ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.</p>
