Establishes policy and monitors and approves the development of execution plans involving automated and manual material management and inventory control systems in accordance with project and corporate processes and procedures. Plans, directs, coordinates, and monitors personnel actions for material management staff.</p><br><br><b>Major Responsibilities:</b> <br>

مقر العمل:مدينة سناد للتربية الخاصة احدى المدن التابعة لشركة تطوير التعليمية في مكة المكرمة.<br>الملخص الوظيفي :<br>الإشراف العام على الإدارات والأقسام التابعة إلى إدارة المدارس حسب التنظيم الإداري في المدينة والمشاركة في وضع الخطط المالية والموازنة الخاصة بالادارة التابع لها والتأكد من تقديم جميع الخدمات بالشكل المناسب ، والمشاركة في الخطة الاستراتيجة ووضع معايير لقياس الأداء، وكذلك المشاركة في إعداد وإقرار اللوائح والأنظمة والإشراف المباشر على تنفيذها من الأقسام المرؤوسة من قبله والتأكد من التزامهم بها.<br>الأدوار والمسؤوليات:<br>إدارة المدارس وتنسيق نشاطاتها، و تحديد خطة العمل التنفيذية لتحقيق الأهداف التي تخدم رؤية المدينة.توزيع المهام على جميع الموظفين في المدرسة في بداية العام الدراسي وذلك من خلال إصدار التكاليف اللازمة للقيام بمهامهم وفق سياسات و اجراءات المدينة.الأشراف على تجهيز وتنظيم وتهيئة مرافق المدارس قبل بدء الدراسة في المواعيد المحددة . تحديد إحتياجات المدارس من الهيئة التعليمية والإدارية ومتابعة تأمينها من الجهات المختصة.تفعيل المجالس واللجان المدرسية وفرق العمل والأشراف وممارسة الصلاحيات المعتمدة ومتابعة تنفيذها .متابعة أداء أعمال الهيئة التعليمية والإدارية من خلال زيارتهم والأطلاع على أعمالهم ونشاطاتهم ومشاركاتهم . التنسيق والتعاون مع المشرفين التربويين وغيرهم ممن تقتضي طبيعة عملهم زيارة المدارس .تقديم المقترحات التي تسهم في تطوير العمل المدرسي ورفعها لادارة المدينة.اعتماد تقارير تقويم الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في المدارس وفقا للتعليمات المعتمدة . إعداد التقرير الدوري و السنوي لإنجازات المدارس ونشاطاتها وتقديمها لادارة المدينة.تزويد المدارس ومنسوبيها بالتعاميم واللوائح والأنظمة الصادرة من جهات الاختصاص ومناقشتها معهم لتوضيح مضامينها والعمل بموجبها .تعزيز الدور الأجتماعي من خلال تفعيل العمل التطوعي وفقاً للتعليمات المعتمدة .المشاركة في بناء قدرات منسوبي المدارس وتحديد البرامج التدريبية ووضع الخطط اللازمة لتدريبهم خلال العام الدراسي المشاركة في الأجتماعات و اللقاءات وبرامج التدريب التي تحددها جهات الاختصاص .دراسة ومراجعة الاتفاقيات مع الجهات الحكومية والأهلية المرخصة قبل اعتمادها والتي تسهم في إنجاز أعمال المدارس وتحقيق أهدافها . وضع الخطط المالية والموازنة السنوية الخاصة بالإدارة.متابعة عمليات الصرف من بنود الميزانية التشغيلية والتاكد من توثيقها وتسجيلها وفقاً للتعليمات المعتمدة ، وإعداد التقارير اللازمة بهذا الشأن وتقديمها للجهات المعنية في المدينة.متابعة الوجبات الغذائية الخاصة بالطلبة والتاكد من توفر الشروط الصحية.متابعة صرف مكافات وإعانات الطلاب في المدارس.التأكد من إعداد وتجهيز الملفات والسجلات المتعلقة بالعمل.الإشراف علي نظافة وصيانة المباني الخاصة بالمدارس. اعداد خطط وبرامج العمل التنفيذية، وتوزيع العاملين عليها بما يضمن تنفيذ الخطط والأهداف المقررة.التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لتأمين احتياجات المدارس من المستلزمات والتجهيزات والأغـذية والمـواد المختلفة لأعمال التنظيف وغيرها استطلاع آراء اولياء الامور عن مستوى الخدمات المقدمة ومقترحاتهم والعمل على تنفيذ ما يمكن من مقترحاتهم، ومعالجة أية شكاوى.التنسيق مع ادارة الامن والسلامة لتفقد وضمان سلامة أجهزة الحماية والوقاية والسلامة العامة والعمل على إشراك العاملين في برامج تدريبية في هذا المجال، وتنفيذ عمليات إخلاء وهمية للطلاب.<br><br><br>الخبرة والمتطلبات التعليمية :المؤهل التعليميبكالوريوس / ماجستير تربية خاصة <br>سنوات الخبرةعشر سنوات في المجال اتقان اللغة الانجليزية ومهارات الحاسب الالي
<p><strong>مدير / مندوب مبيعات كبار عملاء (قطاع الألومنيوم والواجهات)</strong></p><p><strong>مقر العمل:</strong> المملكة العربية السعودية (مع مرونة في التنقل)</p><p><strong>الهدف من الوظيفة:</strong> تطوير الحصة السوقية للشركة من خلال بناء علاقات استراتيجية مع المطورين العقاريين، المقاولين، والمكاتب الاستشارية، وإدارة مشاريع توريد وتركيب أنظمة الألومنيوم والواجهات من مرحلة التسعير وحتى الإغلاق.</p><p> </p><p><strong>المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:</strong></p><ul><li>فتح أسواق جديدة وجلب مشاريع (سكنية، تجارية، حكومية) لمنتجات الألومنيوم والواجهات الزجاجية.</li><li>بناء شبكة علاقات قوية مع المكاتب الهندسية والاستشارية لاعتماد أنظمة الشركة في مواصفات المشاريع (Specification).</li><li>دراسة المخططات الهندسية وجداول الكميات بالتنسيق مع القسم الفني لتقديم العروض الفنية والمالية المناسبة.</li><li>متابعة المناقصات والمفاوضات حتى توقيع العقود، والإشراف على التحصيل المالي بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المادية.</li><li>متابعة خدمة ما بعد البيع لضمان رضا العملاء وبناء علاقات مستدامة.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>الخبرة:</strong> خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات (للمندوب) أو 7+ سنوات (للمدير) <strong>حصراً في سوق الألومنيوم أو الواجهات الزجاجية بالمملكة</strong>.</li><li><strong>الخلفية الفنية:</strong> يفضل جداً حملة بكالوريوس الهندسة (معمارية/مدنية/ميكانيكية) أو من لديه فهم عميق بقطاعات الألومنيوم وتفاصيلها الفنية.</li><li><strong>المهارات:</strong> قدرة عالية على الإقناع، شبكة علاقات قائمة ونشطة في قطاع المقاولات السعودي، ومهارات تفاوض قوية.</li></ul>
