Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, and Snapchat, with a solid understanding of platform algorithms and best practices. Proficiency in using generative AI tools for text, image, and video creation as part of the marketing workflow. Experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), social media analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Linked In Campaign Manager. UiPath Solution Architect: Job Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will conduct architectural evaluation, design and analysis of client Enterprise-wide systems and stimulate apt design discipline to leverage operation models into RPA solution design models. We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.<br><strong>JOB TITLE</strong><br>Associate – Information Technology | MAF Retail | Head Office Retail<br><strong>ROLE SUMMARY</strong><br>Associate – Information Technology is responsible for providing the highest quality service with excellent customer care in receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving requests from our clients in a timely manner. The role holder is also responsible for talking to users on the telephone working in a busy helpdesk environment.<br><strong>ROLE PROFILE</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Provide first level support to all business units on all IT related requests</li><li>Provide hotline support during non-office hours, holidays and weekends when required</li><li>Provides support for all IT products and services, which includes answering questions and troubleshooting problems</li><li>Coordinate, test and review request for changes identified by MAF Retail staff</li><li>Update tickets with appropriate journal entries of activities, and closes tickets with resolution entered upon completion of the job</li><li>Verify that suggested solutions effectively resolve the users' problems through verbal or email follow up</li><li>Support the implementation and action plans in order to increase productivity, performance and effectiveness of the operations</li><li>Report any action that might interfere with the proper functioning of the company</li></ul><p><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent</li><li>0-2 years of experience in an IT Department</li><li>Business communication and presentation skills</li><li>Highly organized with strong multitasking skills</li></ul><p><br><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
