RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor (or equivalent qualification). Certified Paddle Sports or SUP Instructor. Minimum RYA Powerboat Level 2 certification. Proven team leadership experience within a watersports or hospitality setting. Demonstrated passion for watersports, guest experience, and environmental stewardship. Experience in designing and leading youth and adult watersports programs.
