<li><span>Degree or diploma in Marine Biology, Marine Conservation, or a related field.</span></li>
<li><span>Active and renewed PADI Instructor certification with a proven international track record.</span></li>
<li><span>Instructor rating in a minimum of five PADI specialties.</span></li>
<li><span>Minimum of 500 logged dives across various geographic locations.</span></li>
<li><span>Certification of at least 50 students across core PADI courses.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong background in dive center operations and commercial dive business.</span></li>
<li><span>Demonstrated experience in marine conservation and diving health & safety.</span></li>
<li><span>Equipment management and dive retail experience.</span></li>
<li><span>Valid Fit-to-Dive medical certification.</span></li>
