<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Support daily People & Culture operations, ensuring all administrative processes are accurate, timely, and confidential</li>
<li>Coordinate onboarding processes, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for new colleagues</li>
<li>Prepare employment documentation including offers, contracts, letters, and certificates in line with policies</li>
<li>Maintain organized and up-to-date colleague records and HR systems with strict attention to data integrity</li>
<li>Assist with recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, assessments, and candidate communication</li>
<li>Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs that reflect FAENA s culture and values</li>
<li>Assist with training sessions, track attendance, and support learning and development activities</li>
<li>Liaise with Government Relations to ensure visa, Iqama, and compliance documentation is accurate and complete</li>
<li>Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records, supporting payroll preparation</li>
<li>Assist in preparing monthly reports, HR metrics, and dashboards for leadership review</li>
<li>Support colleague housing and logistics coordination in partnership with relevant teams</li>
<li>Prepare and manage internal communications including announcements and newsletters</li>
<li>Assist with exit processes and end-of-service procedures in line with local labor laws</li>
<li>Maintain a welcoming and professional People & Culture office environment</li>
<li>Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence in all colleague interactions</li>
</ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>1 3 years experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or administrative roles within hospitality or a similar environment</p>

<p>We are looking for a <strong>Regional QSHE Coordinator </strong>To maintain QSHE management systems within the region with regards to receiving; inspecting; handling; storing; selling; delivering a wide range of quality products to satisfy the needs of consumers & customers by implementing QSHE strategies; standards; policies & procedures.</p><br><br>
<br>
<p> <strong>Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:</strong></p><br><br>
<br>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology or Food Science or related field</li>
<li> Member of IOSHE; ISO 9001:2008 certified Lead Auditor.</li>
<li> 2 to 3 years’ experience in Dairy <strong>QA</strong> and <strong>QMS</strong>; <strong>HSS</strong> and <strong>EMS</strong>; <strong>Experienced in ISO/HACCP</strong> implementation with certified companies</li>
<li>Knowledge in product composition, product Quality, food hygiene and food safety</li>
<li>Computer and SAP Environment exposure</li>
<li>Excellent spoken and written English & Arabic</li>
</ul>
