<p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>- The consultant should be able to own the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing & Cost Management track and drive various phases of the project such as Cloud Map, CRP, design, build, testing, cut-over and go-live support.</p><p>- Must display competency and should be able to configure the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing & Cost Management modules (Work Orders, Work Definitions, Item Structures / BOMs, Work Centers, Resources, Standard Costing, Actual Costing, Cost Scenarios, Cost Rollup, Overhead Absorption, Landed Cost Management, etc.).</p><p>- Candidate must be a problem solver with good analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex manufacturing and costing business requirements into Oracle Cloud Manufacturing & Cost Management configurations.</p><p>- Candidate should work closely with offshore functional and technical teams to keep track of project deliverables, open issues, and milestone adherence across the Manufacturing & Cost Management workstream.</p><p>- Candidate must own deliverables like RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix), To-Be design, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, DS030 (Configuration Document), AN100 (Design Document), and Manufacturing & Cost Management solution design specifications.</p><p>- Should work closely with manufacturing, finance, and other dependent departments and client-side roles such as Production Managers, Cost Accountants, Manufacturing Engineers, Plant Controllers, Bill of Materials Owners, and Resource Planners.</p><p>- Will be responsible for configuring Oracle Cloud Manufacturing parameters including Manufacturing Plants, Work Centers, Resources (Labour, Machine, Overhead), Work Definitions, Standard Operations, Item Structures (BOMs), Production Exceptions, Discrete and Process Manufacturing work order types, and Output Items (co-products and by-products) to support the client’s production execution model.</p><p>- Is responsible to work closely with the Project Manager on both Cognizant and Client sides, as well as with other functional consultants across Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, Maintenance (EAM), Accounts Payable, and General Ledger workstreams for cross-module process alignment and cost accounting integration.</p><p>- Candidate must have proven experience in handling CEMLI objects and related documents, including Manufacturing & Cost Management-specific extensions such as custom cost component mapping, overhead rate rule overrides, and production reporting customisations.</p><p>- Is responsible to design integrations with legacy and third-party systems such as Oracle EBS WIP/BOM/Cost modules, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), shop-floor data collection terminals, laboratory information systems (LIMS), and Oracle Fusion General Ledger for cost accounting distributions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).</p><p>- Is responsible for validating manufacturing and cost master data migrated from legacy systems (Oracle EBS WIP, BOM, Cost Management) into Oracle Cloud, performing data reconciliation for Item Structures, Work Definitions, Cost Scenarios, Item Costs (material, resource, overhead), and opening WIP balances during FBDI-based data loads.</p><p>- Should be able to configure end-to-end Cost Management parameters including Cost Organisations, Cost Books, Cost Methods (Standard Cost, Actual Cost / FIFO / AVCO), Cost Scenarios, Cost Rollup, Resource Rates, Overhead Absorption rules, Landed Cost allocation methods, and period-end cost close procedures.</p><p>- Should be coordinating with the Procurement consultant for purchase price variance (PPV) and invoice price variance (IPV) accounting, the Inventory consultant for inventory valuation and material transactions costing, and the General Ledger consultant for cost accounting distributions, WIP accounting and period-close journal entries.</p><p>- Is responsible to design and deliver manufacturing-facing and finance-facing documents such as Work Order Traveller, Production Pick List, Component Issue Slip, Work Order Completion Report, Cost Variance Report, and Period-End Cost Close Summary using Oracle Cloud document generation and BI Publisher.</p><p>- Candidate will be responsible to design and deliver the “Train the Trainer” plan and schedule for all Manufacturing & Cost Management module users, including Production Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, Cost Accountants, Plant Controllers, and Inventory Analysts.</p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

The Solution Enterprise Architect leads that workstream end-to-end and is the single point of accountability for all technical deliverables: current-state architecture review, integration and API assessment, automation and Straight-Through Processing (STP) evaluation, and the target-state architecture blueprint. Job Responsibilities Direct Role:Maintain standard costing for products, including materials, labor, and overheads. About the Management Trainee Program Our Management Trainee Program is an intensive 1-year developmental track designed to groom high-potential Saudi engineering talent into future leaders within our manufacturing operations. First 9 Months: Comprehensive hands-on job rotation across core operational departments—including Safety (EHS), Quality Assurance, Production Operations, and Maintenance. Final 3 Months: Targeted placement and specialized project management within a primary operational function. Career Growth: Trainees who successfully complete and pass their 1st-year performance evaluation will be eligible for contract extension or transition into a permanent management position within ORG UAC. About the Role<br>The Senior Software Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of a software development project, with proven experience in managing ERP development or implementation initiatives.<br>Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of the project, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineers, business analysts, QA, and integration specialists. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Apply Agile/Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement. Ensure quality standards and software development best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities. Monitor project KPIs, track progress, and manage change requests and scope adjustments. Prepare regular project status reports, steering committee updates, and executive-level business reviews for leadership.<br><br>Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in software project management, including at least 3 years managing ERP development or implementation projects. Proven hands-on experience managing a full ERP project lifecycle (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or custom-built ERP) is mandatory. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, integrations, and database-driven enterprise applications. Solid experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a strong plus. Demonstrated track record of delivering complex software projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, or similar). Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
