In this role you will perform quality activities on assigned complex and difficult projects/programs and/or functional area(s) to ensure that products or services provided are in accordance with customer and Parsons quality requirements. <li>Performs and adequately documents Internal Quality Audits of assigned office, projects and jobsites, and manages all related follow-up activities. Audits conducted to assure compliance with Parsons standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes, specifications and drawings, including but not limited to: Design, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Project Controls, Vendor/Subcontractor Management, Receiving, Handling & Storage, Construction.</li>
<li>Facilitates all internal and external Quality audits and brief management with the results.</li>
<li>Handles qualification audits of suppliers of purchased items and services.</li>
<li>Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.</li>
<li>Collaborates in development and maintenance of Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures and related documents. Reviews Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures to verify compliance with industry codes and standards, regulations and regulatory commitments.</li>
<li>Reviews from a quality perspective (and approves if required) documents prepared by internal or external organizations such as quality manuals and procedures, technical deliverables, test plans and procedures, purchase orders, and subcontracts.</li>
<li>Collaborates with management for interface on Quality activities with internal or external organizations (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and others).</li>

<p>Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and problem-solving expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.</p><br>
<p>You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and availability of On-Board Units (OBUs) installed in EMD freight locomotives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the central team, Charleroi center, and VBN), perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and provide technical support to customers. You’ll also assess and enhance customer employees’ competencies, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to maintain OBUs effectively.</p><br>
<p>You’ll specifically take care of maintaining test tools and ensuring their calibration, but also optimizing repair flows and supporting test runs when required.</p><br>

<p>Engineering degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in signalling equipment testing, commissioning, installation, repair, and/or maintenance</p><br>
