Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to constructively challenge and advise the founder. Wider GCC experience and relationships would be advantageous. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder, Hamilton Bradshaw investment team and Board, with the opportunity to make a direct contribution to the practice's commercial development and growth.
