<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li>Manage and guide REXA representatives within a given territory, working towards developing each territory and meeting REXA’s business objectives.</li><li>Generate forecasts &amp; meet annual bookings quotas for each rep within a given territory.</li><li>Find and evaluate opportunities in the market specific to sales targets.</li><li>Manage and balance short-term sales efforts with longer-term initiatives to maintain and grow the assigned market.</li><li>Generate necessary reports using REXA’s standard templates and reporting system in a timely fashion.</li><li>Track &amp; report all company related expenses at least every two weeks.</li><li>Make convincing product presentations to customers during sales calls and trade shows to promote Rexa products and maintain good customer relations.</li><li>Provide product and application training as required for customers, reps and/or new employees.</li><li>Develop a sound understanding of competitors, their products and their functionality.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the applications where our product is used to assist with targeted sales efforts.</li><li>Possess technical knowledge of REXA’s products and the customer’s application needs.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits and health checks of REXA’s equipment which may form part of maintenance and support contracts with end-users.</li><li>Act in the best interest of the company to maintain a high level of customer service.</li><li>Work directly with key accounts to establish relationships that allow the REXA Value Messages to contribute to their business goals.</li><li>Work with Regional Sales Manager to identify targets and strategic growth for the territory.</li><li>Regularly make sales calls and customer visits and presentations.</li><li>Actively pursue/support key focus industry initiatives and applications.</li><li>Work with Channel Partner Network and Inside Sales team on quotation/project pursuit.</li><li>Support Service by coordinating service-related activities and start-ups with representatives/end users.</li><li>Support Marketing Initiatives, such as new target applications, white papers, ROIs, marketing/sales literature, and Trade Shows.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Experience selling into mining, power, pipeline, steel, refining, petrochemical, rotating equipment market segments.</p></li><li><p>Process Instrumentation, Valve Automation, Rotating Equipment, Hydraulic/Fluid Power sales background is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Experience in valve, actuator, flow controls or related industries – prior transferable experience, such as inside sales and field service, is acceptable.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing Manufacturers Representatives or a Direct Sales Territory.</p></li><li><p>Training in a strategic sales process (i.e. Miller Heiman or similar).</p></li><li><p>Experience of doing business with (selling/relationship building) major/key accounts in the region.</p></li><li><p>Can do attitude and ability to operate independently in difficult conditions.</p></li><li><p>Above average organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal &amp; written).</p></li><li><p>Strong public speaking and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong mechanical aptitude.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead training sessions.</p></li><li><p>A self-starter, able to operate independently within the assigned markets and territory.</p></li><li><p>Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software.</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license.</p></li></ul><br><br><br><p>***Apply Online at the REXA, Inc. website/careers</p><p></p></section>

<p>Provides Quality Systems support using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection and reporting and Quality Systems training. Plans and executes required audit activities (schedules, plans, reports, finding resolutions, etc.) Assists in qualification audits of suppliers of purchased items and services. Assures audited activities meet Parsons quality program, and Client quality requirements. As required, performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records. Collaborates in development and maintenance of Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures and related documents. Reviews Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures to verify compliance with industry codes and standards, regulations and regulatory commitments. Reviews from a quality perspective (and approves if required) documents prepared by internal or external organizations such as quality manuals and procedures, technical deliverables, test plans and procedures, purchase orders, and subcontracts.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelors in any Engineering discipline. 3-7 years of experience in a similar field and project. Requires the ability to communicate clearly, conduct presentations to management and interface effectively with a diverse group of professionals. Strong interpersonal skills to work with other departments in a tactful and effective manner. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical, problem solving, and risk assessment skills. Strong working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems Standards Saudi Nationals only.</p>
