Carryout installation, Maintenance and Repair of Rotating equipment’s and Mechanical systems to required standards.</p><br><br><br><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Participates in Safety audits.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.</p><br><br></li></ul><br><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Oil &amp; Gas maintenance – Diploma/Bachelors.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil &amp; Gas Facilities</p><br><br></li><li><p>Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills</p><br><br></li><li><p>Proven leadership skills with large organizations</p><br><br></li><li><p>Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems</p><br><br></li><li><p>Strategic management skills</p><br><br></li><li><p>An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment</p><br><br></li></ul><br><p><b>Belong.
