Job Purpose:The Technical Support Supervisor is the supreme technical authority, serving as the master troubleshooting specialist and HQ liaison for all vehicle-related technical issues. This role is responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle faults, guiding the workshop teams toward efficient "First-Time-Right" repairs, and acting as the official interface with the OEM on all technical matters. Technical Administration & Knowledge Custodianship Maintain an exhaustive "Technical Knowledge Base," archiving the history of complex repairs, diagnostic findings, and proven solutions for future reference across all branches. Ensure that all technical work records are documented with absolute precision, creating a transparent audit trail for the Warranty and Aftersales departments. Develop "Lessons Learned" briefs and technical newsletters for distribution to branch teams to elevate the overall skill level of the technician workforce.
