<span>As a pivotal component of Saudi Arabia's transformative vision, Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an accomplished Commercial Director specializing in Residential projects.<br> In this senior leadership role, you will be entrusted with driving the commercial strategy for our expansive residential development portfolio.<br> Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all commercial aspects from initial planning through to execution, ensuring that residential projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.<br> You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project management, finance, and legal teams, to enable successful project outcomes while maximizing financial returns.<br> Responsibilities Develop and implement the commercial strategy for residential developments, aligning with Qiddiya's corporate objectives.<br> Manage the commercial teams to ensure effective procurement, contract management, and cost control for all residential projects.<br> Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.<br> Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for residential projects to ensure they meet financial and timeline targets.<br> Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements associated with residential developments.<br> Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement necessary mitigation strategies.<br> Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, local communities, and regulatory agencies.<br> Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for the commercial team.<br> Comprehensive benefits package Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Business Administration, or a related field.<br> Advanced degrees are a plus.<br> At least 15 years of experience in commercial management within the residential construction sector, full lifecycle "cradle to grave' commercial experience required.<br> Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Substantial expertise in contract management, procurement processes, and financial oversight.<br> Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.<br> Expertise in negotiations and stakeholder management.<br> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">

<p>Responsible for a specified procedural area to perform Clinical Neurophysiology Procedures.</p><p>Essential Responsibilities and Duties</p><ol><li>Works independently and ensures a proper environment for testing in the laboratory, wards, Emergency Room (ER), or Intensive Care Units (ICUs).</li><li>Obtains medical history of patient and summarizes relevant data. Puts patient at ease and explains procedure. Safely performs auditory, visual or electrical stimulation of the nervous system. Adjusts settings of equipment to ensure proper and accurate test results. Recognizes and eliminates artefacts to produce meaningful diagnostic information.</li><li>Measures and applies multiple electrodes precisely, carefully, and securely to predetermined anatomic sites. Based on patient s age, diagnosis, current state and medical history, performs Digital Video Electroencephalography (EEG), Visual, Brainstem Auditory and Somatosensory Evoked Potentials, Nerve conduction Studies, Sleep studies, Pulse Oximetry, Autonomic Studies and Long Term Video/Digital Encephalographic monitoring (LTM), in both adult and paediatric patients.</li><li>Performs urgent diagnostic tests on critically ill patients in ICUs and the ER on mobile equipment or in the laboratory setting in coordination with nursing and respiratory therapy personnel.</li><li>Monitors patients with surgically implanted intracranial electrodes.</li><li>Assists physicians with invasive procedures in Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring, Electrocorticography and Electromyography.</li><li>Monitors patients intraoperatively. Performs complex pre-operative setups with electrodes on multiple anatomic sites. Watches and assesses the quality of the neurophysiologic waveforms. Follows the patient s systemic and anaesthetic state while keeping track of surgical activities. Communicates with and gives feedback to Neurophysiologist as necessary.</li><li>Observes patient reactions clinically and electrographically during testing. Notes signs of distress, medical emergencies, or seizures. Takes remedial action, notifies nurse and physician, if necessary.</li><li>Makes preliminary analysis and description of the waveforms or potentials, ensuring that it is meaningful and acceptable. Notes pertinent data for physician review.</li><li>Ensures safety of patient and safe operation of equipment. Informs supervisor in writing of equipment faults. Maintains work area. Ensures adequate levels of stocks and supplies in procedure areas.</li><li>Cleans and disinfects clinical equipment.</li><li>Participates in on-call rota for EEG and LTM services.</li><li>Works as team leader in procedural areas, on a rotational basis as assigned.</li><li>Participates in laboratory quality improvement programs.</li><li>Participates in self and others education, training and development.</li><li>Follows all Hospital policies and procedures.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor s , or Associate Degree/Diploma in Clinical Neurophysiology or successful completion of a formal two-year program in Clinical Neurophysiology or other related discipline is required.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong><ul><li>Grade 08:Two (2) years of related experience with Bachelor s or four (4) years with Associate Degree/Diploma or program is required.</li><li>Grade 09:Four (4) years of experience as a Neurophysiology Technologist at KFSH&RC,or (Grade 08), related experience is required.</li><li>Average of annual performance appraisal at least (3.5) for the last four (4) years.</li><li>Fifty (50) cumulative continued medical education (CME)</li></ul></li><li><strong>Other Requirements(Certificates):</strong><ul><li>Current Registration from country of origin and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) is required.</li><li>Board registration in EEG/Electro diagnostics or equivalent is required.</li><li>Certification through examination from an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic Program.</li></ul></li></ul>
