<p>Role & responsibilities Report to the Sales Manager and handle a geographical territory or one or more specific industry verticals within the UAE Generate new opportunities using lead generation & management, networking, building relationships and cold calling Work closely with customers to introduce & sell customized solutions in RO, STP, etc for Water & Wastewater treatment in the Commercial, Industrial and Government sectors Develop & implement sales strategies through a robust sales plan which is in line with company's goals for sales, revenue, profitability, and growth Nurture and grow key customer relationships in the target customer segments Provide accurate monthly sales and revenue forecasts, market & competitor analysis reports to the Sales Manager Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and contracts Prepare risk committee documents and cash flow analysis for major projects Maintain timely communication with customers Review enquiries and prepare proposals. Prepare submittals and follow up Coordinate with the Engineering team in smooth handover of orders Prepare and present high-level presentations to customers / prospects Handle any other responsibility as assigned by management</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Applicants should be aged below 35 years and possess a Bachelors degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering and have 2 to 7 years work experience is selling customized RO, STP water / waste water solutions to industrial and institutional customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in site supervision within the construction consultancy sector on roads & highways projects. As a Senior Structural Engineer at WSP, you will lead and oversee the structural design, analysis, and construction supervision of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring the integrity, safety, and performance of built structures.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
