<span>We are currently recruiting a Heavy Equipment Operator Assessor on behalf of a leading Saudi government-backed Vocational & Technical Institute under a well-established contracting company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<br> This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a background in heavy equipment operations, technical training, and competency assessment within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or vocational training sectors.<br> Responsibilities Conduct competency assessments for heavy equipment operators in accordance with industry standards.<br> Evaluate candidates' practical and theoretical knowledge.<br> Ensure assessments comply with vocational training and quality assurance requirements.<br> Prepare assessment reports and maintain accurate documentation.<br> Support the delivery of competency-based training and evaluation programs.<br> Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and institute policies.<br> Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for trainee development.<br> Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator Assessor, Technical Trainer, or in a similar role within: Vocational & Technical Training Institutes, or Oil & Gas / EPC industries.<br> Previous GCC experience is highly preferred.<br> Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).<br> Relevant technical qualifications and educational certificates.<br> Vocational Assessment & Quality Assurance certifications such as A1, V1, D32, or D33 are highly preferred.<br> HSE awareness and commitment to safety standards.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
