About the Fellowship

We are looking for a Market Intelligence & Sales Fellow who wants hands-on exposure to how an early-stage company validates a market, identifies commercial opportunities, and turns research into business development.

This role combines two closely connected disciplines:

Market Intelligence — understanding the market, customers, competitors, pricing and opportunities.

Sales & Business Development — turning those insights into conversations, partnerships, leads and potential customers.

You will work closely with the founder and contribute to real commercial decisions around Traelli’s launch and growth strategy. This is not a role where you will simply prepare reports.

We want someone who is willing to research, speak to people, test assumptions and convert insights into action.

What You May Work On

Your work may include:

Researching the home and technical services market in Saudi Arabia

Analysing competitors operating in AC, electrical, plumbing and broader home services

Comparing competitor pricing, service models, guarantees, response times and Executive

Sales Executive

Growth Associate

Partnerships Associate

Founder’s Office / Strategy Associate

However, participation in the fellowship guarantees employment.

Any future full-time opportunity would depend on individual performance, mutual fit, company requirements,
