We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is committed to supporting the Saudi Arabian National Agenda including Saudisation and the training and development of Saudi National capability through the growth of the Saudi National Partner Companies thereby reinforcing Industrialisation and Partnerships. Operations provides the interface between maintenance, flying operations, technical services, support service suppliers and external organizations, sometimes in rapidly changing situations. Without an effective and timely service from key operations roles, air base performance, and potentially RSAF air capability, could be compromised.</p><p>JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide Operations Support Service to all 3 RSAF Squadrons and deputising for the Senior Fleet Operations Manager in periods of absence. Responsible for the line management of diverse aircraft support workshops and for aircraft maintenance planning and control activities. Facilitate and directly support the integration and deployment of the Salam operations service, through the RSAF Command Structure, the Integrated Logistics Operations Centre (ILOC) and Maintenance Operations Flight (MOF), the RSAF Training and Operational Squadrons and the Maintenance Organisations. The company is embarking on a major new development in Makkah and is seeking an experienced, internationally minded Project Director to take executive responsibility for the successful delivery of this flagship project.
