Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CME-1 and CME-2 certifications are mandatory; additional CME certifications will be considered a strong advantage. Advanced degrees (e.g., LLM, MBA) or professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CPA) are highly desirable. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a compliance-related role. Proven experience working within the Saudi capital markets and financial regulatory environment. Experience dealing with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and relevant regulatory requirements is highly preferred. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations, particularly those issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA). Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, AML, KYC, and internal control frameworks. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage regulatory matters effectively. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders. Strong ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate regulatory and compliance matters appropriately.
