Build annual and quarterly marketing plans, including objectives, budgets, timelines, and KPIs. Design integrated communication strategies across digital and offline channels. Develop and maintain strategic branding frameworks: brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging pillars, and visual identity guidelines. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy. Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to support growth. Content & Ideation Lead the ideation process: generate, develop, and validate creative concepts and campaign ideas. Build and maintain content calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality output. Adapt content and messaging for different audiences, channels, and campaign objectives. Campaigns & Execution Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to launch to reporting. Coordinate with internal creative functions and external partners when needed to deliver campaigns. Ensure all marketing materials and communications are on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time. Brand & Communications Act as the guardian of the brand across all touchpoints, internal and external. Support client-facing communications and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables. Monitor brand perception and recommend improvements based on feedback and data. Analysis & Reporting Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance. Analyze data to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and guide future decisions. Manage marketing budgets efficiently and report on spend versus results. Stay up to date with market trends in Saudi Arabia and the region, and apply best practices proactively.<br>Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus).5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong track record in building marketing, communication, and branding strategies. Demonstrated experience in strategic brand building and brand management; agency experience is a strong plus. Strong content creation skills: copywriting, storytelling, and content planning across multiple formats and channels. Good working knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns). Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Strong understanding of the Saudi market, culture, and audience. Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
