<span>The Manager – Distribution at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a critical role in developing, managing, and optimizing Qiddiya DMO’s multi-channel distribution ecosystem.<br> This role is responsible for driving the operational and commercial performance of all B2B and B2C booking channels, including OTAs, GDS platforms, travel trade networks, corporate travel channels, and direct booking platforms, ensuring Qiddiya’s tourism and destination products are accessible, competitively positioned, and commercially successful across all target markets.<br> The role involves leading distribution strategy initiatives, managing channel partnerships and performance, optimizing pricing and inventory management practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue generation and customer reach.<br> The Manager – Distribution will work closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams while managing and mentoring the Distribution team.<br> Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of Qiddiya’s B2B and B2C distribution strategy across OTA platforms, GDS systems, travel trade channels, corporate travel partners, and direct booking channels to support overall commercial objectives.<br> Define and manage channel prioritization strategies to ensure optimal inventory allocation, rate parity, product visibility, and revenue performance across all distribution touchpoints.<br> Develop and oversee channel mix strategies that balance direct and indirect distribution channels to optimize profitability, market reach, and customer acquisition.<br> Manage Qiddiya’s OTA portfolio, including onboarding new platforms, negotiating commercial agreements, optimizing content quality, and improving product visibility and conversion performance.<br> Oversee GDS connectivity and ensure Qiddiya’s tourism inventory is accurately represented and bookable across key global distribution systems for corporate and agency markets.<br> Collaborate with Revenue Management, Finance, and Marketing teams to implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and yield optimization initiatives across all channels.<br> Monitor booking trends, demand patterns, conversion metrics, cancellation trends, and competitor activity to recommend real-time pricing and distribution adjustments.<br> Develop and maintain distribution performance dashboards and reporting frameworks tracking revenue contribution, booking pace, channel conversion, cost of sale, and commercial KPIs.<br> Lead the onboarding and management of travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, MICE operators, and other trade distribution partners to strengthen Qiddiya’s global distribution footprint.<br> Oversee the enhancement and management of trade distribution platforms and partner portals, ensuring partners have access to inventory, booking tools, commission tracking, and marketing materials.<br> Coordinate partner training programs, trade familiarization (FAM) trips, and channel engagement initiatives to strengthen destination awareness and partner performance.<br> Own and manage the distribution technology ecosystem, including Channel Management Systems (CMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), OTA connectivity tools, and booking platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and system optimization.<br> Collaborate with Technology teams to improve platform integrations, distribution capabilities, and booking experiences across digital channels.<br> Prepare and present regular distribution performance reports, channel reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.<br> Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance distribution processes, channel performance, operational efficiencies, and commercial outcomes.<br> Manage, mentor, and develop team members within the Distribution function to ensure high performance and professional growth.<br> Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.<br> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; The Power Production Assistant Site Manager is responsible for managing personnel, resources, and activities devoted to the Power Production operation of a 6M (initial load) Power Plant in accordance with the performance work statement. What You'll Be Doing; Lead the project controls function for assigned roads, districts and logistics projects under the FIDIC Engineer s remit within the MDU P portfolio. Develop and implement project controls strategies, procedures, tools and templates aligned with the Client s and Delivery Partner s requirements. Coordinate and integrate planning, cost, risk, change and reporting activities across multiple contracts and stakeholders. Develop, review and maintain integrated master schedules for all assigned projects, covering design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning and handover. Review and validate Contractors baseline and updated schedules (e.g. using Primavera P6), ensuring compliance with FIDIC requirements, Employer s requirements and contract provisions. Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and other performance measurement techniques to monitor time cost performance. Track progress against baseline, including physical progress, quantities and key performance indicators, and reconcile with financial/cost data. Proven experience planning and executing exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, or large-scale events. Strong understanding of community-building strategies and brand engagement. Experience managing external partners, vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The Claims Manager is a forensic specialist responsible for maximizing financial recovery and securing Extensions of Time (EOT) from clients on major construction and engineering projects. Operating from the Main Contractor’s perspective, this role focuses on identifying variations, disruptions, and client-caused delays. The candidate will mine project data to build, quantify, and successfully negotiate high-value contractual claims while protecting the company from liquidated damages (LDs).<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Claim Identification & Strategy (Revenue Recovery) Identify Variations: Systematically review project correspondence, site diaries, and instructions to identify hidden or unapproved scope changes and client-caused disruptions. Establish Entitlement: Map client breaches or delays directly to specific contract clauses to establish an absolute legal and contractual right to compensation. Formulate Strategy: Develop aggressive yet contractually sound strategies to recover prolongation costs, disruption values, and acceleration expenses.<br>2. Claims Preparation & Narrative Writing Draft Claim Submissions: Write highly persuasive, objective, and evidence-backed formal claim narratives for Extensions of Time (EOT) and additional payment. Evidence Gathering: Audit and compile contemporaneous project records (emails, minutes of meetings, daily logs, photographs) to serve as undeniable proof of impact.<br>3. Forensic Delay & Quantum Calculation Delay Analysis: Partner with project planners to perform retrospective critical path analyses (e.g., Time Impact, Windows Analysis) to prove client-caused delay. Quantum Quantification: Calculate full financial damages, including unabsorbed head office overheads (using formulas like Hudson, Emden, or Eichleay), lost labor productivity, and extended equipment costs.<br>4. Commercial Negotiation & Dispute Resolution Drive Settlements: Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations with clients and their consultants (Engineers/Architects) to secure favorable financial settlements. Defend Against Counter-Claims: Defend the company against client counter-claims, specifically pushing back on the imposition of Liquidated Damages (LDs). Legal Support: Prepare comprehensive dispute files and support external legal counsel if claims escalate to adjudication, mediation, or arbitration.<br><br>Required Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. Post-Graduate Qualification: A qualification in Construction Law (e.g., LLM, MSc, or Diploma) or fellowship with CIArb / RICS is highly advantageous. Experience: 8–12 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically preparing and winning claims for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor. Contract Expertise: Expert knowledge of standard contract forms from a contractor's defense perspective (e.g., FIDIC Red/Yellow Books, NEC4, JCT).<br><br>Key Skills & Competencies Commercial Drive: A sharp eye for identifying lost revenue opportunities and a relentless focus on maximizing financial recovery.
