The Role
<p><strong>This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Facade Engineer to join Cundall and support the construction-stage delivery of a large-scale hospitality project in Riyadh.</strong></p><br> <p>Based on site as part of our established engineering team, you will review contractor shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, method statements and RFIs, undertake inspections of facade works, monitor mock-ups, testing and installation quality, and verify compliance with the design intent, specifications and approved details.</p><br> <p>You will coordinate closely with the client, project manager, main contractor, specialist facade subcontractors and Cundall's multidisciplinary teams, proactively identifying technical and quality risks, resolving site issues, reporting progress and supporting the safe, timely delivery of the facade package.</p><br>
The Skills
<p>Educated to BEng degree level or equivalent in facade engineering, civil/structural engineering, architecture, architectural technology or a related discipline, you will have strong practical experience in facade engineering and construction-stage site delivery.</p><br> <p>You will have a sound technical understanding of facade systems, including stick curtain walling, aluminium and glass systems, metal and stone cladding, windows & doors, skylights, waterproofing, and critical interfaces with the primary structure and adjacent trades.</p><br> <p>Given the collaborative, client-facing and site-based nature of this role, excellent communication, clear technical reporting, practical problem-solving, and the ability to work confidently with contractors and multidisciplinary teams are essential.</p><br> <p>Key Requirements:</p><br>

<p>The Marketing Manager supports the planning, development, and execution of the hotel's marketing and communication activities to strengthen brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and support revenue generation.
