Job Summary Revise and reissue MARCO’s cost control procedures and establish them as controlled documents applied consistently across every project. Own the company-wide cost breakdown structure and cost code library and enforce a single coding standard across the portfolio. Establish the monthly cost control reporting cycle, its calendar, its inputs, and its owners. Convert project budgets and margins into working control budgets and maintain them through the variation and change lifecycle. Maintain commitment control across subcontracts and purchase orders, giving visibility of committed, incurred and forecast cost before expenditure is realised.
