Position: Utilities Supervisor<br>Location: Factory – Saudi Arabia (Sudair) Job Type: Full-time Reporting to: Maintenance Manager<br>Job Summary The Maintenance Utilities Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all factory utility systems, including compressed air, nitrogen generators, HVAC, electrical distribution, water systems, sewage systems, LPG systems, generators, and supporting infrastructure. The role is accountable for utility availability, preventive maintenance execution, contractor coordination, energy efficiency, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support uninterrupted factory operations.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Utility Operations Management Ensure continuous operation of all utility systems supporting operations. Monitor utility performance and capacity utilization. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Develop and execute utility preventive maintenance plans. Ensure PM compliance and effectiveness.
