Senior Manager – Treasury & Asset Liability Management (ALM) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract Duration: Initial 6-month assignment (high probability of extension) Compensation: SAR 40,000–45,000 per month<br>Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Treasury & Asset Liability Management (ALM) to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, this position will operate as the second-in-command within the ERM team and play a critical role in strengthening the bank's second line of defence (2LOD) oversight capabilities. The successful candidate will provide independent challenge and effective oversight across Treasury, Liquidity Risk, Funding, Balance Sheet Management, and ALM activities. The role requires an individual capable of constructively challenging senior stakeholders, validating methodologies and assumptions, and ensuring the integrity of risk management processes, models, reporting, and data. This is not a Treasury execution role.
