They are seeking a strategic and experienced Financial Planning Director to lead and enhance financial planning and analysis functions within their dynamic manufacturing operations in KAEC. This role is pivotal in shaping our financial strategies, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting sustainable business growth in a competitive industry environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive financial planning processes to support manufacturing goals and objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with overall business plans and market conditions.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing risks.
- Provide insightful financial reports and presentations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial planning systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Manage and mentor the financial planning team to build capabilities and ensure high performance.</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA or CPA) preferred.
- Should possess advanced Excel & Power BI
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in financial planning and analysis within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of directing financial planning teams.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferably SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, cost structures, and industry-specific financial drivers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Saudi Arabia.</p>
