Job Purpose: Lead and manage the interior design section to ensure the delivery of high-quality showroom designs aligned with the company’s visual identity, business goals, project timelines, and operational standards. Job Responsibilities:<br>Lead and supervise the design team and distribute workloads across projects. Manage showroom design projects from concept stage until final handover. Ensure all designs comply with the company’s display identity and brand guidelines. Review and approve layouts, working drawings, presentations, and material selections. Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of design packages. Ensure full product coverage based on the active products list at the start of each project. Support the development and continuous improvement of display standards and design manuals. Participate in planning showroom renovation priorities and design strategies. Prepare reports, project updates, and performance evaluations for the design team. Mentor and develop team members technically and professionally.
