Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads from Prospective Customers

  • Drive & Achieve Sales Targets by Discipline

  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets for Oracle's cloud solutions, SaaS applications, and enterprise software.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific market segments and customer needs within the Oracle ecosystem.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key C-level executives and decision-makers at prospective and existing Oracle clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record in SaaS or cloud solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and motivating a quota-carrying sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Deep understanding of Oracle's product portfolio, competitive landscape, and go-to-market strategies.
