Generate Leads from Prospective Customers
Drive & Achieve Sales Targets by Discipline
Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets for Oracle's cloud solutions, SaaS applications, and enterprise software.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific market segments and customer needs within the Oracle ecosystem.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Cultivate strong relationships with key C-level executives and decision-makers at prospective and existing Oracle clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record in SaaS or cloud solutions.
Demonstrated success in managing and motivating a quota-carrying sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Deep understanding of Oracle's product portfolio, competitive landscape, and go-to-market strategies.
