Key Responsibilities:
- Handles data input related to requests for employee data update in compliance with policies and SLAs.
- Follows up on the clearance requests for employees leaving the company for any reason (resignation, termination, death, retirement, end of contract, Workforce optimization programs, etc.).
- Carries out the day-to-day operations to ensure work continuity and to meet internal customers’ requirements.
- Archives all data related to Human Resources processes and systems for future reference and record keeping.
- Prepares and produces standard letters/documents in response to routine human resource requests and enquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/human resources, or any related field.
Skills:
- Basic proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Basic proficiency in business acumen.
- Basic proficiency in report writing.
- Basic knowledge of KSA labor laws and benefits administration.
- Basic proficiency in policies & procedures.
